What do you suppose the odds are on me getting anything in the mail today or tomorrow are?

I'm guessing practically no chance. I've already gotten all the obligatory birthday money from relatives. All I'm going to get tomorrow is older.

You have no idea how much that thought depresses me.

Title: Unfinished Love Letter
Rating: PG-13
Disclaimer: Personal work.
Warnings: Little bit of both suggestive and vulgar language.
Summary: An imaginary love letter.
Note: This started out as an entry for one of my normal LJs, but I decided to turn it into more prose writing. Based in truth but told through a tinted glass, as so many of my 'true' stories are.

Oh look. It's me. What a shock. *rolls eyes*

I've been so grouchy lately. I spent a chunk of this morning with a pen and paper trying to write off my mood, but it didn't happen. (Yes, they are posted in my writing LJ, Neko-chan. You can go read them, if you want.) So still very "..." right now. To add to that, my lower eyelid on my left side is slightly swollen and hurts everytime I blink. I'm not quite sure what I did to it, or when, but ow!

So I'm just hanging out, listening to Bonnie Pink, and trying to get my room a little cleaner. I have to update a few things, but I'll get around to that. I'm certainly in no rush.

I love my "blue mix" playlist so very very much. I can sing along with almost every song on it, and the few I don't know the words for I can hum to, so it's all good.

It really does serve it's purpose of cheering me up on these gloomy days. *sighs*

to all of you for putting up with my moods.

Apparantly, they did that top cities in the world to live in survey thing again. Ottawa ranked #4 (yay!) and all 5 Canadian cities that were in the contest made top 20. In fact, Calgary got #1. Go Calgary. :D

And then I was trying to decide what CDs to spend my birthday money on. I've finally got it narrowed down to 5 CDs that will fit my budget. (Ok, 4 singles and an album, still.) And I've decided there are 4 other CDs that I must buy as soon as I get my first camp paycheck as I really desperately want them. And then I won't allow myself to get any more music for a long long time.

Unless there's something new out from Hyde. >.>
