nutmeg's not-so-plain peanut butter cookies
1 cup marg.
2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup peanut butter
2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground ginger
Mix all together. (Usual cookie way, cream marg + sugar, add egg, then pb and dry ingredients.) Plop on pan and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy. :D
