So. The driving situation.

My license expires Sept 15.

The first available G2 exit test (the one I've failed 3 times ._.) is Sept 27.

I can, however, keep my G2 level license for another 5 years if I take a second G1 exit test.

The first available one is Sept 8.

8 < 15

It will cost me $50 for the 5 year extension plus the cost of the road test.

Plus I will have to take the G2 exit again within that 5 years. (As soon as possible, goddamnit!)

Not happy, but at least I won't lose my license. Right? I'm going to keep trying to get another G2 test before then (if someone cancels) but the odds are slim. Still... better than nothing. Do not want to start at the beginning again. That would suck something fierce.

I know~~ but still. They shouldn't have failed you in the first place because of the fact that some OTHER idiot cut you off. (And what the hell was "oh, if you had been driving faster, you could have passed" crap? You were going the speed limit, which was the law. *gnaws on the corner of the desk*) It's just that... you shouldn't have had to go through this all over again. ._.;;

And I'll try my hardest to get on AIM later. I have to take a shower first, though... *sighs*

Believe it or not, one of the biggest reasons we have this whole fucking program is to reduce drinking and driving accidents. It was either graduated licences or increase the driving age. Quite frankly, I didn't understand how it'd help, but whatever.

K. I'll be on long as I can.
