I've bought a few anime series from Sun Devil DVD. (http://www.sundevildvd.com) Best I can come up with at 1:30am. Mostly Hong Kong copies, though.

I also bougnt an old issue of Shoxx from J Pop Help. (http://www.jpophelp.com/) They carry official stuff as well as bootlegs, however.
