hahaha the hardest part was picking fandoms

a.) Post a list of 20 of fandoms.
b.) Have your friends list guess your favorite character from each one.
c.) When guessed, bold the line, include the character name, and write a sentence/paragraph about why you like that character
1. Silmarillion - Fingolfin/Nolofinwe - This is a character that really intrigues me, though I think his story is really skimmed past in the books for sake of his half brother. But he's compared to Orome at least twice and is the only person to ever physically hurt one of the Valar. One of the things that really intrigues me as a writer and roleplayer is exploring his life and his family before he died.
2. Lord of the Rings - Glorfindel - Who, I might point out, has never made it into a movie version. There's something about a powerful elf lord that draws me to it like a moth to a flame. The whole "same as Gondolin's Glor?" thing has always interested me. I also find it intriguing that such a powerful character was given such a small role.
3. Sailor Moon - Sailor V(enus) - Though admittedly I love her Sailor V form more, I love her general attitude and personality all through the show. I think she's hilarious. Especially her misquoted words of wisdom.
4. Oh My Goddess / Aa Megami-sama - Urd - She's constantly making love potions that don't work and plans that go awry. Plus she's half goddess half demon. That's cool. Also? Sexy as hell.
5. Star Wars - Darth Vader - The armor, the power, the deep voice. Haha, yes it's shallow.

7. Velvet Goldmine
8. Loddoss War - Deedlit - Blonde, female elven warrior. Beautiful. Strong. Loyal. What's not to love?
9. Street Fighter - Chun Li - I've even cosplayed her Street Fighter Alpha costume. And am hoping to do her normal one in the near future. >.> I have a thing for cute warrior women. Does it show?
10. Lexx - Xev Bellringer - The red (Xev) version more than the blue (Zev). Why do I love her? She's pure sex. She's got a super sad back story yet she's bloody fierce. She's half man-eating cluster lizard.
11. DarkStalkers - Hsien Ko/Lei Lei - AKA "the hopping ghost" as John put it. Because quangshi are just plain cool. And, dude, her costume. Another one I've totally made.
12. Dragon Ball Z
13. Ouran Host Club - the twins - Yeah, both of them. They always seem pretty even in my heart. They're joke-incestuous and made of evil.
14. Kill Bill
15. Robin Hobb's Farseer books
16. Angel Sanctuary
17. Star Trek (TNG) - Data - Surprise? I always found his questions and struggle with "what is humanity?" to be rather interesting. Plus he had a cat and liked painting!
18. Pirates of the Caribbean - Jack Sparrow - It's the crazy, I must admit. I do so love me a good, strong, leading lunatic.
