Not a great day to be without sleep. I've Tai Chi in an hour (though, really, that'll help) and I have to bake one last big batch of sugar cookies for orders. About a dozen orders over the month for Christmas cookies is not too shabby at all! Plus I'm finally allowed to work a little bit again. So I'll be going back to O&C, which I loved, part time. I'm only allowed 8 hours a week right now, but it's something.

Since I know there's many new friends - I have bipolar disorder and anxiety. By their powers combined, I also have severe insomnia. After an unfortunate couple of events at a place I was working at in Nunavut, I was badly triggered and now no longer sleep without medication but usually with. In this particular case, I didn't realize I was out of drugs. Boo. But I'm getting more today.

Just finished finally watching the third season of Sailor Moon Crystal. It's really different from the original anime, and I'm going to have to reread the manga again as I don't remember at all the purpose of the talismans in it. But the show seemed... all new? I don't know. Meanwhile, still hoping for that Sailor V show. ;)

I have a strong suspicion my window is leaking cold air and that's part of why this basement is so damned cold. Also why my lotus seeds haven't sprouted yet. May have to play mr fix it.

Hope you have fun with tai chi.

I also have bipolar disorder and anxiety with a tendency towards insomnia. Hope the meds help you sleep!

I still need to watch the rest of Sailor Moon Crystal. ^_^

Oh hey; I've got bipo and anxiety too, as well as severe insomnia. Nice how they go together, am I right? On drugs: my doctors want me to take quetiapine for sleeping, which to me feels like overkill (it's a very overprescribed drug where I live), but it does help me sleep. I prefer simple melatonin though.

This just to say - I know how you feel. Hope Tai Chi felt good!

Yay for returning to work!

I do have anxiety and insomnia too but I'm not taking any medication. Probably not the smartest idea but *shrugs*
