recipe for the day

Making supper tonight, so I thought I'd share a tasty recipe with everyone.

Tasty Italien-style Stirfry

2 chicken breasts (boneless)
1-2 tomatoes
1 green pepper
1-2 onions
2 stalks of celery
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp rosemary
3 tbsp butter or olive oil

Prepare chicken and vegetables by dicing them. In a frying pan, heat up the butter and throw in the rosemary and the garlic. Let it heat for a while, then add the chicken. Once the chicken is cooked, add the vegetables. Cook until the vegetables are at the consistancy you like. ( I like them raw but heated, so it's about 30 seconds for me ^_- )

Voila! Tasty Italien-style stirfry. I usually serve it with raviolli or tortellini on the side.
