Bowie was incredible. Not that there was ever any doubt he would be. But I was wowed. He played Cactus (my favourite song) quite early on, so I was well pleased. He also played Quicksand, which was quite the surprise to me. I adore the song, but it isn't one I'd ever expect to hear live.
I'll get you all the set list and the reviews and such tomorrow. Just... wow.
Oh yeah, opening act? Group called the Polyphonic Spree. Had as many members as Bowie's band had guitars. (we decided there was 'x' guitars, as we couldn't count them all but knew there were more than a dozen.) They all dressed in white robes with different coloured wide trims on the bottom. Really good, bouncy, and very genki. Had a thing with sun symbolism in their music. Very 60s reminiscent. Needless to say, I want to hear more.
Now, if you'll all excuse me, I'm still in 'omg Bowie *_*' mode and refuse to be rational until morning.
