It's so hard to be original when everyone always fucking copies you!! >:O


Also, if all you're going to do is cover the original picture in so many effects that you can't even see it anymore, why even bother using an original picture? Just use the effects. Trust me. Much more effective use of your time.


And, omg!, readable fonts! If you have something to say, say it, don't hide it with a tiny/badly coloured/hidden/hard to read font.




As for those who comment on icons, a hint: if you're going to comment on icons don't just say "love them" say "love them for *insert reason here*". Gives the creator better ideas for what people like and what to do more of. Maybe there's an effect you love, but the icon maker won't know you like it and then will never make it again because they thought no one liked it, since no one commented on the damned icons or told them what they liked about them.

Got a letter from Kia today. Made me so fucking happy.


Re-arranged my posters and dolls today, too. I been having this itch for a change lately and that helped to scratch it at least a little. There's still a large part of me that wants to repaint my room again. (To a nice spring green.) I love the pink but, I don't know... I almost feel like I've changed a lot since when I actually painted that, weird as it sounds.


...Maybe I just need to get some new clothing or a makeover or something and that'll satisfy this urge.
