Aww, I'm feeling all nostalgic for my 80s toons. Like Rainbow Brite, Strawberry Shortcake, Lady Lovely Locks, ThunderCats, Visionaries, Transformers, Jem and the Holograms, Barbie and the Rockers... and more that I probably shouldn't admit to having had watched. >.>


Hrmn. So. Anyway. I'm apparantly very good at CD re-wrapping as I got several comments on it today from the manager at work. Yay? Got my paycheck for the last couple weeks today, too. Definite yay there. Think of it this way. I make minimum wage ($7... something >.>), but still managed to make over $300. That's a lot of hours.

Got a new teeshirt (oldschool strawberry shortcake!) and a new bra today. But could not find any shoes, which I'd rather been wanting. :\ Oh, and I ordered myself 7 CDs yesterday... then surfed through YesAsia's current sale and picked out 3 more, but my paypal was like $5 short, so I'll have to wait on getting those until I get some more money in there.



Anyway. I know this is what y'all have been waiting for... ( camp stories!! )

Oh. And I think I'm losing my voice. Also. At work today, while I was rewrapping CDs, I found a CD by a band called Balzac who were quite obviously Japanese. Anyone ever heard of them? Are they worth investigating? The 2-CD set was only $18.98, so I might buy it. Possibly. They're on the Misfits label, and look very VK so they could possibly be decent. :P <EDIT> Here. The CD I saw was the "Out of the Grave and In to the Dark" one. </EDIT>



P.S. Hyde looks damned sexy with a mohawk. Anyone who disagrees can just deal with it. I know my opinion of Hyde's hair is different from that of most. (Yes, Evergreen was drop dead gorgeous :P) And is it just me or is that a hydeist logo he has on his shirt in the Link PV? :o
