McDonald's steals personality from children (so sayeth the wise Liz)

My goodness, I think I've lost some weight. o.o;

Why I think this? A pair of pants that I used to not even get up past my damned fat thighs are now on and feeling rather comfy. :) I'm going to have to see if I can't continue this trend so that the pants become too big and I need a belt to hold them up. (Well, minus the fact that these pants have no belt loops...) They're nice pants, though. Dark grey, kinda dressy.


Hrmmn. Anyway.


Yesterday was rather entertaining. My group for my projects at school had a meeting with the general manager of CD Warehouse yesterday which went absolutely fabulously. After the meeting, one member headed back to school, since she had a class, and the other 2 and I decided to go shopping to waste time until our 3pm class. :) Didn't buy much (yet another carebear, Hello Kitty stickers and some candy) but it was a lot of fun. It's been forever since I've really been out shopping with anyone other than my sister (not counting the once or twice I've been with Kia.) I've really missed it. And I'm such a shopaholic. Wow. I could shop all day. Whether I buy something or not is a totally different story.


Also, I sort of realized something during class yesterday. I'm graduating this year. It's not just a concept. I'll finally and truly be finished school. How fabulous is that? I'm not sure how Algonquin does things, if there's any like... dinner and dance or anything. They were mentioning the possibility in class, but I guess I'll find out more later? It'd be one of those date things, though, and the person I would want to take is somewhat far away... :( Maybe I just won't go? I know my high school one was a total waste of time.

I think I may have accidentally volunteered myself to fix my brother's computer. Could be worse, I suppose?

And I was about to talk at Kia about something, then I realized wait, she's gone out. Good for her. Hopefully she'll be able to get a position at Super Pet like she really seems to want. I'd like to see her working. It'd be good for her. Especially if they gave her a full-time position. IMHO, there is nothing like working at a job you enjoy to encourage creativity, motivation, and energy.


My mom complimented my pants today. Yay nutmeg for the win!


We're going out to supper with _arodnap_'s family and our other cousin who's been in town all week, tonight. That's going to be interesting. If Kia wasn't afraid of my family before, she probably will be soon.


Umn. Oh. Did that colour test thingy going around just because. (Avoiding homework.) My results are here. I cheated and didn't use their little ad code thingy box. Hah. It was actually pretty creepily accurate, which is unsual for most online thingys with me. Especially since most are so obviously generic and written in a way that people will always say "hey, yeah, that's me!" (That's how most human fortune tellers do it too, ladies and gents.)




Randomly? I love how I even get distracted away from my distractions. Maybe I should go finish my homework.
