Someone please tell me they see what I was trying to do here. Please. I can't be completely off my rocker. ( quick cut so you have to figure out what it is :P )

Eh, yeah. That was the artistic-icon in contest thing that I doubted anyone would get. Someone remind me to stop submitting concept icons and just submit the stupid generic ones for these sorts of things. Skill level and creativity don't matter in these things, popular opinion does. I'll ignore the fact that I think popular opinion absotively [sic] sucks. I honestly don't understand why everyone want all these things to look the same. Sounds like a yawn-fest to me. There are icon-makers and than there are icon-artists. Unfortunately, the second tend to be underappreciated because they don't try to please the crowd.

Thinking outside the box can really suck, at times.
