nothing like cold samosas for breakfast

As some of you may know, I abosolutely love samosas. Like, they're one of my favourite foods. So I decided to try to make some at home using a recipe out of one of my many asian cookbooks. The filling turned out pretty good, but I'm not too keen on the pastry. My recipe called for puff pastry and it just doesn't quite work right. May have to stick to deli-fresh samosas until I figure out a better pastry for them.
