the art of (de)motivation

Heh. I found the website for the Demotivators. My dad has a couple of these that he's kept at work for... as long as I can remember. My favourite is the Sacrifice (temple) one. I need to get that, one of these days.

I also found this site on my family last name. The part on mispronounciations is especially true. My family has generally accepted a more anglicized version of our last name (pronounced kinda like "naw-gee") but even then most people just don't get it. Random fact: did you know there is no computer alphabet for the Hungarian language yet? Yeah. And I'm going there this summer. Aiya. Well. At least grandpa speaks a bit of Hungarian. I've always had a slight grude towards him that he never taught dad or me (or anyone) the language.

...ok, admittedly he is our food rep. for camp and our "date" is really meeting to discuss menus and arranging for the delivery. I wish I did have a date tomorrow... though not with Derryk.



And I seem to be going through a chunk of self-loathing and pity right now, so feel free to avoid me if you don't want to deal with it. I wish I could avoid me so I didn't have to deal with it. Instead, I'll just do a bunch of work and presume it'll go away in a while.
