Oct. 30th, 2006 03:08 pmSo I'm just doing a little LJ catch up right now. On my laptop in our hotel room (yay hotel internet).
Grandmother's funeral was on Saturday. It was weird seeing some of my family who I haven't seen in 10 years or more. Even those I haven't seen in 5 yearsm or 2 or w/e.
Weirdest of all, though, is how much more I feel at home, here in the prairies, than I ever did in Ottawa. I'm probably going to start looking for and applying to jobs out here. And, eventually, move here. Or to Calgary, most likely.
