sugar n' spice and everything nice

I want to do one of these. I think it's a rather brilliant idea.

Anyway. I'm back! Camp is over. Now I'm catching up on things. So:

1) Belated happy birthday to Laura! I'll be sending you a gift in a bit, once I get myself a bit more organized. Also! Your parcel arrived! Thank you so much. I've been nibbling the peach candies a few at a time. (Gelatin upsets my tummy if I have too much.)

2) Sar needs to come live with me. Just saying.

3) Everyone else needs to catch me up on stuff. Seriously.

As for myself? I'm now in the process of looking at flats and jobs either in Ottawa or Toronto. I'd prefer to live in Toronto, I think, though I know it'd be a lot easier for me to stay in Ottawa. So. We'll see how things work out. I'm starting to think I need to get the job first, though.

Aiya. I feel like I spend an awful lot of time doing these things.



Anyway, I'm going to go take care of my stock. Because mom and I are making homemade wanton soup today. (So far, since I've been home, we've made currant-rhubarb jam, currant rhubarb pie, pickles and now these.)
