Sep. 22nd, 2008 01:02 pmSo I baked cookies today. I took my favourite double-chocolate cookie recipe and added a twist.
Double-Chocolate Cookies
1 cup margarine
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups chocolate chips (white, milk, w/e)
Bake in a 350F oven for 8-10 minutes.
Except today I substituted chopped up sponge toffee for the chocolate chips. The cookies ended up having a bit of a funny shape due to it, but omg so good! I've eaten 4 already. Another variation I sometimes use is 1 cup of chocolate chips and a half cup of almonds or pecans. Yum.
