School starts again on Monday. I'm both excited and anxious. In just a few short months I'll be a pastry chef. Well, I suppose technically I need to earn my red seal in order to be a "true" pastry chef, but I'll be well on my way with a solid foundation of what I need and a school supporting my job applications.

This whole "future" thing terrifies me. I never planned to live this long. What now?
