shoot you down, bang bang
Aug. 9th, 2011 01:08 pmOnce upon a time, not so very long ago as I feel it was, I would update LJ 3-4 times a day. Now? I'm lucky to do it that much a month. It's not from any lack of love for LJ, no. Mostly, I suspect, it's because I'm actually doing that whole "grown up life" thing so that things like interwebs have become less important to me. Hell, I don't even update facebook every day and I can do that by phone.
Life's been good, though, I'm still loving it at my bakery. I'm going insane at my parents and starting to look at real estate, but I feel like I can't fucking afford anything. It's like you have to get married to afford anything in this life, but I don't want to! I want nothing to do with that sort of nonsense. Love has caused me naught but pain so I know to keep away.
It annoys me so much, though. So bloody much.
Gods. Who knows what will become of me. Just gotta keep on keepin' on, as they say, and hope all will be well. Not that it ever is. :P
Far more interesting: my dad downloaded a bunch of games via this game deal thingum (humble games??? I think) and I've been playing a game called "Crayon Physics". It is quite amusing. I'm enjoying it immensely. Highly recommend if you can find it. I'm going to have to try some of the others from the package soon. If any of them are as good as this one, I've got a lot of little things to do for a while.
