My goodness, today is just full of happy things. Ruby-love's birthday, and amazing reactions to my online fanzine idea. Even two passers-by stopped into talk about the idea. So, yeah, I'm starting to do the organizational groundwork for that because it sounds like a project a lot of people will enjoy.

Now to think of a title/name. We've a few ideas for domain names, but that might change depending on the title of it.


Yeah. And I got a letter from teh Kiakia. It is now added to the bulletin board of letters from Kia. It made me smile. She's such a trooper. *loves her, too* I do have a computer for her now, too, I'm just not sure when I'll be able to get it. (My uncle that's moving to Europe said we could take one of his machines, which is in really good shape.)


What's been not so cool about today is that my knee is being an absolute bitch. I sprained it two summers ago but it never really healed properly, so it acts up every now and again.


Oh, and the weather? It was fucking raining today! Yay warm!



So. Yes. nutmeg is happy. But she has work to do. Lots of it.



Also. Gas prices? It's at 85.4 c/L right now. That's the low of the week. For you Americans, it's about $2.80/gallon. Yeah.



Ok, so I'm all over the place today. Deal with it.

$2.80/gallon in CAN or US?

Right now in Los Angeles, it's about US$2.40-2.45/gallon on average these days.

Rough estimate into US$. There's 4L in a gallon, and Canadian dollar is at about 80%ish of US, so that's how I estimated.

And, yeah, that's the cheapest it's been all week. Considering Ottawa has one of the lowest gas prices in Canada, that's very scary. My dad thinks it'll be over a dollar/L by the end of the summer.

I see. i have no idea what gas prices are outside of the US ^^; cuz I dont use a car in other countries so I dont have to know ^^;

California is one of the most expensive states in terms of gas prices. I think the US average is around $2.17 or so per gallon. I guess I shouldn't be complaining about gas prices cuz you guys have it more expensive than we do here :)
