Look at your LJ "interests" list. If you have fewer than 50 interests, pick every fifth one. If you have between fifty and seventy-five interests, pick every seventh one. If you have over seventy-five interests, pick every tenth one. If you have fewer than ten, pick all of 'em.
artistic expression: The ability to express oneself creatively. Considering how many creative things I do (painting, sculpture, music, poetry, stories, fashion, etc.) this is obviously a huge interest to me
cheerio mix: One of the yummiest snack foods ever. Seriously.
death: To be perfectly honest, I think all humans are somewhat fascinated by the idea of death. What is it? What happens to us when our time comes?
folklore: I love reading old myths and legends. I have some passing familiarity with folk stories and traditional beliefs from many different cultures. I also love just cultural structures and old gods and religions and faeries and stuff like that.
hide: Y'know, like the pink haired Japanese artist? My his memory always be loud and pink.
japan: Understatement of the century, I'm sure. I love Japanese culture, both traditional and pop. I love the current fashions and music. I plan to go there to teach English for a year after I graduate.
kyoxmana: Ahaha. I remember when I was the only person on LJ to have this interest. I've only ever found one decent story with this pairing. Frankly, I don't want to see anymore. :P
making icons: Duh. Anyone who didn't know this one doesn't know me. Let me take this opportunity to pimp my icon journal that has not been updated in months:
miphileg. I really do need to make some, soon.
michealangelo: The artist. You know, the guy who did the sistene chapel? (I probably spelled that wrong >.>) Yeah. He's cool.
musical instruments: I own a bass clarinet, a guitar, a flute, a soprano clarinet, and an organ. I think it's pretty safe to say I enjoy instruments. ;) I also like playing them.
reading: Mmmn. Books.
speena: Atashi no speena~ What would I do with out my favourite band? These girls kick some serious musical ass! Whether listening to one of their ballads or one of their punked out songs, I adore them to no end. Recommended songs? Chulloly's Ring, Dai Meiwaku, sixteen, Love Potion no.69, etc...
the stars: The night sky has always been an obsession of mine. There's just something so calming about the stars. Astrology and astronomy are also two huge interests of mine, and both have to do with the stars. When I was little, I wanted to be an astronomer for a while. (It's in the fun list of types of scientests nutmeg wanted to be. Also on this list are paleontologist, archeologist, and astro-physiscist, just to name a few. I'd also wanted to work at a museum for a while. Yes, I am a dork.)
visual kei: A style of Japanese music where in the look is as important as the sound. Includes some great bands like Malice Mizer and Dir en Grey (2 of many!) Artists will often crossdress or wear outfits that try to surpass boundaries and get people to think past the norm. The actual music is usually rock with other influences - often of a specific place and time period.
Just wasting a little time. And now, I'm going to go find myself some lunch!
