I've recently been having a recurring dream which, at one point, involves the most amazing smell and someone mentioning that this smell is plums on top of cooked vegetables. I've never even had a plum before. Am I nuts?

I'd hardly think so. I was actually just reading a recipe for a plum pizza which looked very good. Plum chutney is actually pretty popular here, too. (Which is used with all sorts of savory things.)

Try one sometime. My favourite are the black ones.
