I think the first two points are probably the most under-represented but when it comes to media, nutrition, and eco-agricultural stuff. Fair trade, impoverished workers poor living conditions and exploitation, and trans fats (esp. the latter) have been getting a lot of attention and hopefully positive change. But the convenience, low price, and familiarity of unhealthy, overly processed foods make it challenging to really notably alter one's diet. Thus I think the first two points are exceptionally noteworthy.
