gnutmeg: (please let me out)
Have calmed down now. (It only took what? A night's sleep?) I am no longer in danger of squeeing like a fangirl for glee of getting the job. *tries to wash off fangirl germs*

I feel so dirty. Fangirl is not my thing. I'm more the stoic artistic type.

Ok, time to study for my english exam tonight. Even if it is pointless and stupid, I still have to write it.

Ok, going. Really. Studying, yes. Maybe. Soon. Truly.

These are mostly disturbing stories, but the best of the ones we had to read in my English class this semester:

The Lottery by Shirley Jackson
The Yellow Wallpaper by Charlotte Gilman
The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas by Ursuka Le Guin
Misery by Anton Chekov

I swear I didn't learn a damn thing from the course though, just got depressed by the teacher's choice of stories.

FREEDOM!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FREEDOM!

....it's from a movie or something :)

So yes, finished exams. I now have officially nothing to do (except work a few more shifts in the next two weeks until my 'official' two weeks is up ;_;) until the end of June.

I shall have to abuse the time wisely. *nods* much sewing and whatnot. (Whatnot read as writing and painting and cleaning and webdesign.)

Ahahahaha.... right. I was going to see my doctor tomorrow during his clinic hours, but no, I have to work. Whoever invented 2 weeks notice should be drug out into the road and shot. Twice.
