(no subject)

A challenge has been put forth to my image creating skills. See, my father plays this Kaiser game online, and the man who runs it is looking for more usericons for the players of the game to choose from. So my dad suggested that I might try to make some. The only condition is that they MUST be original designs/characters since they are going to be in a commercial product.

I told him that if I could have an exaple image or two, and all the info on dimensions, resolution and file type I would see what I could do for him.

A very cool project, gives me something to do with my time, ne?

Well, other than looking for a new job, of course. Goddamned "seasonal" hiring... I knew being hired so quickly was too good to be true.

Now, off to do a few things. You know, be creative and analytical. (ie, mamono post and FINALLY do those album reviews now that I've listened to Crescent)

Kia did something like this for me back in October... I thought it was about time to return the favour.

Reasons I Love Kiana:

- she has a great sense of humour
- she cheers me up (or at least tries) whenever I'm sad/depressed
- she's an amazing writer (except someone really needs to explain the concept of redundant repititives to her so she'll stop using them...)
- there's no one else like her
- she's extremely sweet
- even when I'm feeling my most antisocial, I find I can still talk to her
- ...for 10 hours
- we have many similarities: taste in music and television, same height, some hair colour, live in the same province, rabid gakuhai-ists, computer addiction, love of RPing
- we share a similar cynical world view while managing to seem very optimistic
- she has sexay hip wriggling skills
- she's the best damned Hyde RPer on the internet
- she's absolutely fucking adorable to talk to sometimes
- she's the Hyde to my Gackt
- and, there are more, of course, but I am sure you are all either bored because you do not know her or bored because you already knew all this. So I will leave now.

Well, I'm sitting here trying to decide why my mother has deemed supper as an optional thing today. It's practically the only real meal I eat all day. (I eat everything else standing up or while doing something else) So, yeah. Hungry. I might have to go make myself something soon. Preferably something warm *shivers* it's cold in here.

I've been trying to clean all day, but I keep getting distracted by things. Like memes and RPing and Kiana.

I finally took my purple bandaid off, cause the cut is all closed now, so no more worries about infection. I'm going to have to start job hunting again next week. Bah. Grossness. Ah well. I need a job and that's all there is to it. Stupid walmart and having seasonal staff and BAH.
