Oh, random entertaining thought that came up while we were playing Karaoke Revolution 3 earlier.

$ka & me: *talking about Dido's Thank You video*
me: You know, Dido kinda looks like Jewel.
$ka: Yeah, she does.
me: Only with shorter hair and stuff. Actually. She kind of looks like Madonna, too. Like... a mix of Madonna and Jewel.
$ka: True.
me: And, you know, her style seems to be a bit of a cross between the two, almost like... like the lovechild of Madonna and Jewel!
$ka: That's just wrong.

Umn. May I point out I've had both rum and wine today?

<EDIT> I've said it before and I'll say it again. There's just something inherently wrong about Buttered Popcorn flavour jelly beans. And yet I cannot stop eating them. o.o </EDIT>

I enjoyed watching Chiaki die a little too much.

For those who can't read between the lines, I just watched Kill Bill vol 1 & 2. It was better than some movies I've seen, but not as good as others. And, in the end, I really don't have that much of an opinion on it. It had it's cool points but it also had it's points where I just wanted to turn it off and walk away.

Mmn. Today? nutmeg had adventures in carpetry. She attempted to assemble her filing cabinet she was given for Christmas. She got 95% of it done before she gave up and ran away to sulk. She also managed to smash her thumb with a hammer and break the nail. (Yet, even broken that nail is still longer than either my sister's or mom's nails.) My thumb feels bruised, but I don't see any discolouration. Anyway. As I went off to sulk, my father went and started fixing it, and when I returned, I helped him finish it. Now it is pretty and in my room where my tupperware drawers were, and my tupperware drawers went to the otherside of the room where my little table was and my little table is currently collapsed and sitting near my feet.

Uh. Yeah. The reorganization and cleaning of the basement were also popular themes here today.

There are people I greatly dislike and wish to see crushed. But I shall smile, instead. Idiots get their due through their own actions.
