so old now

The multitude of colourful happy birthday banners this morning has more than made up for my computer dying on me during the thunderstorm last night. While I was talking to my boy, no less. >:| For those who may wonder, I do curse like a sailor when I'm angry. ;)


We went out to supper for my birthday yesterday (since I'm busy today) at my favourite Chinese restaurant. And this morning my mother made up a batch of apple crisp and some cinnamon buns for me. :)



Sadly, this may be my best birthday in years.

So far, this has probably been the best birthday I've had in almost 10 years, as scary as that may sound. I haven't really gotten a lot of presents (I picked out 10 CDs that my parents bought me and 3 DVDs that my sister got me, and then my brother got me a really nice oriental noodle-bowl set) but that's not really what birthdays are about, is it?

I'm being attacked from all sides with well-wishes and love. And I just... I feel great. Thank you to everyone who's been a part of making today wonderful or anyone who will be a part of that.




And apparantly Hyde's cut his hair? What a great birthday present... I want pictures!


Also? 100 icons is way the fuck too many. o.o;;;
