gnutmeg: (dessert spoon)
Damnit, why are none of my cooking friends on right now? Anyway. I saw a banana-caramel-upside down cake at a shop today and decided I need to try to bake one of my own when I get home. From what I could tell, it's sort of a pound-cake base and has pecans. I'm looking at a few recipes online, but mostly I just find ones that have walnuts sprinkled on top. I may have to take a recipe and modify.


Any ideas? (Some possible recipes to try.)
