So. Round trip flight to El Salvador? Just over $800 (CAD). Not too shabby. Now to secure time off work and a place to sleep while I'm there!
Oh, and on my flights either way I seem to get stuck in Texan airports for long chunks of time. Yey? I can pretend like I'm close to all you Texas people I know.
I am very excited about this. I've never been further south than Colorado before this.
<EDIT> Apparently I fail at booking flights and somehow hit February instead of March. Ugh. Now, after a LITERAL HOUR on hold, I had a 2 minute chat with a lady with a nice Indian accent who cancelled that for me. Now I need to rebook the flight I -really- wanted, but I'm going to wait and make sure I get my refund/cancellation cleared first. But I swear I hit march. I swear, I swear.
Moral of the story? Travelocity kind of sucks a little. But, as I've learned with my "no fees" bank? If you go for cheap, you lose the customer service that our culture has come to expect as mandatory. </EDIT>
