gnutmegI get to make buns today for my little brother to take for his black belt grading. (He's moving from a child's belt to an adult one.) It's nice to know that I still have a place as slave labour.
My parents asked me again this morning what I wanted for my birthday so I told them either a CD writer or a slightly larger monitor. My mom kept trying to convince me that they should buy me a DVD player/writer. Which kind of made me just sort of stare at them, as I haven't really got a need for that. I only own 6 DVDs to begin with. They were also mentioning possibility of getting a combo pack DVD player & CD writer or possibly a flat-screen monitor.
Following that thought, trying to make myself breakfast while both parents are in the kitchen can be a fairly harrowing experience.
