gnutmegFirst off, I'm a damned good cook if I do say so myself. Plus, I was using up leftovers so mom is happy with that. (I cooked up leftover green beans and noodles with some mushrooms and turkey sausage; flavoured it up with lemon pepper, paprika and garlic. Yummy.)
And I have to say it's kind of weird to be home right now. I worked the day shifts on Thursday last month, but was scheduled to do the evening shifts this much. It's not horrible. Means I have the day for myself. Still, I kind of liked the longer shift since it meant more money. Though, I did pick up extra Tuesday night shifts this month, so it's about the same amount of time. Meh. Work is work and money is money.
Also, ever since mom "retired" at the end of last week, it's been weird. She's always home. I never get any real time to myself anymore.
