Packing can be so difficult. I mean, you don't want to underpack and forget something, but you don't want to overpack and be carrying around things you don't need, either.

And sometimes, there's things you want to take with you just because. You know, the sentimental crap. I'm trying not to do that too much, but there are certain things that HAVE to come. (Like my Teddy!)

I'm starting to get really nervous about my trip now. Will I be able to find a flat? Do I have enough money saved up? Will I be able to do everything I need to by myself? Will I find a nice boy to bring home with me? Is there anything I'm forgetting? What if they don't have *insert item here* in England? Am I sure I can do this alone? ...and so on. It's probably just useless worry, but I get that way sometimes. But Jeremy isn't around to calm me down when I do, anymore.

Planning to get more of that packing done today. It's kinda weird, because a lot of the things I need to pack are basically "essentials" that I use everyday, yet I find myself able to pack some of them anyway. I guess mostly things I have extra of. Like towels. And my fall/winter clothing since I'm still mostly wearing summer clothes. I'm packing the good stuff and just using my extra for this month before I go.

My rule is "THEY ALWAYS HAVE __________ WHERE I AM GOING. SO DON'T PACK IT LIKE THEY WON'T." It's England, not a third world country or the American deep south 8D

But yea, packing for something like this is hard D:

Ah, you'll likely be fine in England. I've been there several times and it's quite easy to navigate and so on. A few things to consider first are: Find a local grocer chain (you will want consumables if you want to save a bit of money by not eating out), find a decent pub that makes decent food (these can be great places sometimes for cheaper fare and a fun way to meet ppl), be prepared to take the Underground (I would not consider driving in London as parking is a *b*) and have lots of fun!
