gnutmeg: (damn)
Of course neither my computer or the other one can detect the other computers on the network this morning. I hate this. I really do. I can't even burn things to CD so I can watch them in the other room. Absolutely -nothing- is working.

Also, rag? Not my friend.

nutmeg is having a bad life year month week day. Stupid XP. Why won't you give me my sound like a good little program? Don't make me remove you. >:|

<EDIT> Also, would like to point something out. My number of comments when x-post everywhere (everywhere being 6 communities) versus number of comments when I only post in my icon LJ. Anyone else see the problem? There are 55 people who watch that journal (last I checked) why does no one ever comment? I know people use the icons. I've seen them. Maybe I should just quit if no one appreciates my work? <</EDIT>

Stolen from [livejournal.com profile] kagome_angel:

If you happen to be working on some creative writing project, fanfiction or NaNoWriMo or what have you, post exactly one sentence from each of your current work(s) in progress in your journal. It should probably be your favorite or most intriguing sentence so far, but what you choose is entirely your discretion.

From Bento Box: Megumi just looked to him and smiled, "It's a wife's duty to make certain her husband is happy."

From Wait 'Til My Wife Gets Home: Before he had a chance to ponder further on his wife's possible motives, which were no doubt drowning in bizarre sexual fantasies, Hyde felt his hands roughly pulled behind him and tied.

From Silver Strings: They are a living, breathing, mass; a single minded creature focused on swallowing him whole and here he was ready to throw himself into the gaping maw of the beast.

From Pink Sugar: And then she sees it, like a fluffy pink cloud come down to earth, and she knows.

From Blood and Bedsheets: It was painful but addictive; the pinch of penetrations reminiscent of a needle in one's arm.

From Private Laughter: A sunny afternoon and a dare had once led to a piggy-back ride that eager photographers rushed to catch on film - it would look great in the photobook to come.

From Chocolate Chip Cookie: Of course, when he did that, he had no idea that the bag of flour was already open or, in his urgency to receive his call, that he had actually flipped it upside down.

I really need to finish some of these. Whatever. Movie. Then homework. Then father will help me switch my computer back around.
gnutmeg: (beauty <3 kia)
Dad showed me how I can do this thing so I can switch my computer between Windows XP and Me, which is a good thing, as I have net in one and sound in the other. -_-;; Frustration at that. Anyway.

Finally saw Roentgen Stories. Have decided that I will sell my brother on eBay so that I will be able to buy it. No, seriously, it's absolutely gorgeous with the story and all. Not really saying more, but if you're a fan of Roentgen, you'd love it. (ie, you probably wouldn't like it much, Kia, though I recommend you see SL at least once)

Needless to say, animated icons are in the works.

By the way, I procrastinate way too much. This is bad. I should be done that darned project already, not thinking about starting it. *bad girl*
gnutmeg: (hopeful)
hmmn...? )

Half of me says that's totally wrong and the other half disagrees completely. ^^;;

Also? I don't remember Me ever seizing up as much as it has tonight, before. Just crazy. Wow. Also, apparantly my Windows Movie Maker does not want to save SL into movie format. Mean program. Mean.

ajssdflk What? Since when do we have an assignment in computer class after a test?! Fuck. >.< Guess I should go do that.
